Whoever you are, the possibility of you not knowing about ChatGPT is almost 0. Literally every single user in the internet has an openAi account and the major use
of it is in the free chatbot provided by them which is the most famous tool for all ages. Yes, I am talking about ChatGPT3.5. There is not a single field where Ai is not being used in the current time period. From schools till even sports, Ai plays a very crucial role in the variety of services which it provides. Handling a business using Ai tools makes it so much more convenient for the following reasons:
● Customer services: When handling any business, we would get an issues with the customer regarding the review of the product, issues with delivery and returns/replacement. Using Ai chatbots with in-built instructions on various types of issues faced by the customers can make it so much easier for both the customer and the owner of the business to resolve any queries or issues regarding their placed orders. Amazon’s customer chat-bot is an excellent example for this
particular field of using Ai in businesses.
● Marketing and providing useful content to the users: When we see a video in a social media app, the next time we open the app again, we get 2-3 suggestions of
videos are products related to the field which we had earlier seen the video. If I watch a video in YouTube which was uploaded by a channel ABC then the next
time I open the app, I get another video which was uploaded by the same channel. Ai plays a very crucial in providing with useful resources for you based on your
field of interest.
● Human tasks done in seconds: Amazon has openly said that they are selling e- books written by Ai. Writing a book which is considered as a humanly task, is getting done by an Ai. In such cases, the requirement of humans just vanish on spot because you have something which can get work done in minutes for you. And most importantly, all these are available for either free or at a highly reduced price then what you have to pay to humans to get the same work done. Instead of the need of a group of members to run a proper business or organization, now any individual can create their own business and develop their own empire by just learning about the working model of these Artificial intelligence tools. Requirement of documents for eligibility, age, experience and et cetera, all just vanishes when you literally have a superpower in your hand. Therefore, I would like to conclude by saying that the proper and at-most usage of Artificial intelligence can result in massive profit and can reduce tons of hard work. Majority of the successful business models currently have an Ai incorporated in them or have created their own. For example:
● Google-Bard
● Microsoft-Bing
● Snapchat-My Ai
● Meta Ai-WhatsApp
These are just the ones which I know but there are a lot more hiding in which are the main reasons for the success of majority of the companies currently existing in
this world….
