Definitions and Scope

  • Service — All services accessed through the website www.YouthIdeathon.in for participation in the School Youth Ideathon 2025 shall be deemed to be in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • Company — The website www.YouthIdeathon.in is under the ownership of ThinkStartup Learning Private Limited, (CIN) U80902HR2021PTC093913, herewith termed as “Company.”
  • User — An individual who creates a Profile within the Service and agrees to the terms of this User Agreement. For the School Youth Ideathon 2025, Users primarily include Teachers and Parents. The User (Teacher or Parent) hereby provides full and unconditional consent for using the Service and for the processing of the Students’ personal data in relation to the Ideathon.
  • Profile — The User’s account, where the User’s information is stored, and with which the Service access rights for the Ideathon are associated.
  • Student — A minor individual participating in the School Youth Ideathon 2025. They have limited access to the Service and use it as per the information provided by their Parents or Teachers. The Student is not a Party to this Agreement.
  • Teacher — An individual (e.g., a school teacher, mentor, or coordinator) who registers on behalf of a school. They provide educational guidance to the Students and have the right to provide the Company with Student information (including personal data) based on school policy or agreement with the Parents/guardians, specifically for the purpose of the School Youth Ideathon 2025.
  • Parent — An individual (legal guardian, custodian, or biological parent) who accesses the Service to assist the Student’s participation in the Ideathon and/or receive information on the Student’s usage/results. Consent of other legal guardians is implied.

Agreement and Data Consent

Agreement Acceptance and Governing Law

  • This Agreement is binding for all Users (Teachers and Parents) of the Service for the School Youth Ideathon 2025. By clicking the Register button, the User unconditionally agrees to the terms of this Agreement in full. This Agreement, including the Privacy Policy, and all relationships between Users and the Company are governed by the applicable legislation and the laws of India. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must stop using the Service immediately and notify the Company of their decision to stop using the Service.

Access and Registration

  • Access to the Service and Delivery of Information – To participate in the School Youth Ideathon 2025, the User (Teacher or Parent) shall register their Profile within the Service.
  • To register a Teacher’s Profile for the Ideathon, the Teacher shall provide the following information: – Full Name – Contact details (email, mobile phone number) – City – Name (number) of school or other educational institution – Class ID (or Grade/Section) – The Teacher’s phone number – Information about the participating Students (full name, gender, name or number of school, class ID)

Teacher Guarantees and Data Compliance for Students

  • The Teacher represents and guarantees that Student information, submitted to the Company upon registration and throughout the Ideathon, is provided by the Teacher in compliance with the applicable laws of India. By providing the Students’ personal data to the Company for the School Youth Ideathon 2025, the Teacher confirms that the School or the Students’ Parents/legal guardians/custodians have explicitly granted consent for the Students’ personal data processing and transferring to third parties (including sponsors and partners of the Ideathon) for the purpose of using the Service and participating in the School Youth Ideathon 2025. This processing includes, but is not limited to, registration, evaluation, results announcement, and relevant communications.
